Here’s how you can NAIL your Morning Routine!

It’s Great to be Organised!

Morning routines are different for everyone but they’re extremely beneficial. Why?! Well… because you’re being organised AND productive at the same time, without really realising it! If you don’t have a morning routine yet don’t worry, we’re on hand to help! Here are a few suggestions of what you could add in and tips to make it work!

Don’t hit Snooze! 💤One of the most important steps to having a great morning routine is to get yourself up and out of bed ASAP! When your alarm goes off, make it a habit of sitting up and get up right away. We know it’s going to take some getting used to but you’ll benefit from this so much! Imagine all the time you’ll have to do something productive instead of laying in bed snoozing! Here you are some morning routine ideas you can make the most of every day.

Our top tip for morning routines is to fill them with things you enjoy. Tea, coffee, great breakfast, baths, showers, makeup, yoga, meditation… Add things you actually enjoy rather than forcing yourself into things that don’t make you smile.

1. Prepare the Evening Before

Lay your clothes out ready for the next day to save you a little time in the morning. It’s also great to clean up your room and kitchen the night before so you can wake up feeling fresh not worrying about any clutter! You can even prepare your breakfast if you value your sleep and would prefer to eat on the go! Help yourself out a little bit.

2. Try Meditation

Meditating in the morning has proven beneficial for the mind and body. It can help you have a much more positive and productive day! We’re not going to set you a time limit… just as long as you can do will be enough! Get yourself in a great mind frame: you’ll find out all the benefits to have a morning routine.

3. Get Yourself Outside! 🌳

We can’t stress enough how important nature and fresh air is for our mental well being. If you’re lucky enough to have a garden why not sit out and have your morning drink. You could even practise your meditation outside! If you live somewhere without access to a garden, why not try a morning coffee run? Dog walks and normal morning walks are great options too! You’d be surprised with how refreshed you’ll feel after.

4. Repeat, Repeat, Repeat…

After you think you’ve found your golden routine, repeat every day until it becomes natural. Remember, practice makes perfect! You won’t nail it every morning at first but after a while, you’ll find yourself thinking about it less and less. Morning routines are brilliant to keep us feeling active and productive! Give it a try yourself!



5. Morning off? Change it up!

Give yourself chance to change your mornings up every now and then. Maybe save your routine for work days only?! It’s completely up to you however, it’s important to give yourself a lay-in every now and then! Oh… and also breakfast in bed, preferably cooked by someone else. Stay productive in some way though! Yoga classes are always a good option and remember, we bring the classes to you! This is the best way to have a healthy morning routine!
