You are able to do this through the app by clicking into the Service History tab on the Main Menu and then into the relevant service on the bookings screen.
I have booked an on-demand appointment and I am running late, what do I do?
You must ensure that you inform your chosen professional as soon as possible. Appointments can then be rescheduled if possible.

Book “Styling” this is a tailor made service. Your professional will be in contact with you shortly after your booking to speak with you about the look you are after.
How do I amend my appointment?
After booking your appointment you will be able to call your chosen professional through the call function in the app. To find this, go into Service History located in the Main Menu. This will bring up your upcoming Bookings, simply select the relevant booking and you will find a green call symbol.
How do I cancel my appointment?
You will need to go into the app, select Service History located in the Main Menu and click on the service you have booked. You will then see a button to cancel your booking.

What are your customer service hours of operation?
Monday to Friday 12pm-2pm – 6pm-9pm
However we are a 24/7 service and are available on WhatsApp between 8am-9pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 12pm-4pm
How does the Ustunner app mobile service work?
Customers register to the app, create their profile, choose the service/s they require, select a nearby professional, view their availability, pick a convenient date and time then are directed to the payment screen to secure their booking.
If you are a Service Provider, you can register through the Ustunner app, or alternatively on our Work With Us page. You will need to submit your documentation for vetting and a member of our friendly team will be in touch.
